Are you a people-focused leader with a passion for food justice and nonprofit impact? Food Lifeline is seeking a Retail & Foodservice Partnerships (RAFP) Program Manager to lead a team that connects grocery retailers, restaurants, and foodservice partners with food pantries, meal programs, and shelters across Western Washington.
As the RAFP Program Manager, you’ll build and strengthen partnerships that bring high-quality, safe, and culturally relevant food donations into our network. You’ll collaborate with donors, partner agencies, and internal teams to ensure food is moved efficiently and equitably—helping us advance our mission to end hunger and food insecurity in our region.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Retail & Foodservice Partnerships Specialists.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors and partner agencies.
- Oversee program operations, including partnership agreements, compliance, and data reporting.
- Manage and improve use of MealConnect, the system that tracks donation pickups.
- Ensure smooth coordination with Operations and other departments to strengthen our impact.
- Serve as an ambassador for Food Lifeline, representing the importance of food recovery and community partnerships.
Key skills: Team leadership, relationship management, food industry knowledge, program operations, compliance oversight, logistics coordination, and a commitment to equity and food justice.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $79,000 – $82,000/year
- Full benefits package, including:

Position details:
- Full-time, hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office
