Ready to join? We are looking for a full-time Patient Transporter who will assist in transporting patients from the lobby up to our clinic suite in a courteous, safe, and timely manner. The position will be based at the outpatient clinic in Naperville, IL. Candidate must be flexible to work between the hours of 6:30am-7:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Transport patients in a courteous, safe, and timely manner.
- Assist patients by lifting patients into wheelchairs or stretchers.
- Communicate effectively with patients, guests, clinical staff, and ancillary areas as needed.
- Immediately communicate with management regarding any issues.
- Provide information and directions to patients and visitors.
- Adheres to facility confidentiality and patients’ rights policy as outlined in the facilities HIPAA policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have at least 1+ year of Patient Transport experience.
- Reliable time management and punctuality.

Pay Rate: $17-$18 per hour. Compensation at MOR is determined by many factors, which may include but are not limited to, job-related skills and level of experience, education, certifications, geographic location, market data and internal equity. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
