Description
The focus of this position is to provide superior customer service and outstanding project communication. The Signature Service Representative will be a vital part of the customer experience during the post-sale process through project close-out and survey submission, while working to meet and exceed department and company goals. (Professional Customer Service)
Main Duties & Responsibilities – including but not limited to:
- Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email
- Send welcome email/text/letter with FAQ’s and Pre-Installation Checklist
- Schedule precise tech measure appointment
- Confirm scheduled installation appointments with customers via phone, text, or email
- Act as liaison/single point of contact between customer and all internal processes in the “back-office” throughout the duration of the project
- Conduct project close-out calls with installers and customers, verifying survey information, getting feedback, talking about the project survey and releasing the project survey
- Signature Service Representative will be responsible for “owning the job” until customer project is paid in full
- Collecting final payment/processing finance/recognizing revenue in rForce
- Responsible for handling projects that are not completed at initial install (JIP Special Projects, “Split Installs”).
- Coordinating with Service Dept when an Install and Service are required together.
- Managing the Net Promoter Score (NPS – Customer Service)
- Participate in sales and operations meetings and other company events
- Participate, as needed, during marketing promotions and events
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Manage Key Metrics such as Days to Measure (under 5 days)
- Additional duties as assigned.
