MOVE FORWARD WITH US
- Provides timely and practical legal advice to employees, executives, and directors.
- Conducts legal research, analyzes laws and regulations, and applies findings to business situations.
- Advises on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, product liability, employment, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and other business matters.
- Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and advises on a variety of commercial agreements.
- Identifies, assesses, and advises on legal risks related to corporate and transactional matters, recommending appropriate actions to mitigate exposure.
- Supports due diligence and documentation for acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and other corporate transactions.
- Assists with the preparation of the Company’s SEC filings and related disclosures.
- Manages disputes and litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and coordinating with outside counsel.
- Identifies opportunities to improve business processes and partners with process owners to implement enhancements.
- Manages relationships with outside counsel globally to ensure cost-effective, high-quality legal services.

- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Juris doctorate in law (required).
- Three to five years of relevant experience (required).
