Automotive Utility Technician (Detailer/Lube/Support) bei Capital Ford Lincoln of Rocky Mount

Capital Ford Lincoln of Rocky Mount is looking for a versatile and dependable Automotive Utility Technician to join our team. This is a "floater" position designed for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will be flexible, eager to learn, and able to step into different areas as needed - from detailing vehicles to light mechanical work to helping with pick-up and delivery. 

Responsibilities: 

• Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing to dealership standards 
• Complete oil changes and light maintenance services 
• Assist with light mechanical work on pre-owned vehicles as needed 
• Support dealership operations with vehicle pick-up and delivery 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment 
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership professionally 

Qualifications: 

• Prior experience in detailing, lube/oil change, or automotive service preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
• Ability to multitask and adapt to different responsibilities throughout the day 
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Team player with a positive attitude
