Description

Fluency in both English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this position due to regular communication with both English and Spanish-speaking employees, managers, and clients.

We are seeking a dependable Day Porter to maintain Class A+ commercial buildings in West Palm Beach, FL. The schedule for this position is Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. The hourly rate for this role is $21.00.

The Day Porter ensures the property presents a clean, professional appearance throughout the day and provides prompt service to tenants and building management.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:  

• Clean and maintain restrooms, lobbies, entrances, elevators, and other common areas.
  
• Replenish restroom and common area supplies.
  
• Respond quickly to spills, emergencies, and special cleaning requests.
  
• Empty trash receptacles and monitor exterior/public spaces.
  
• Support daytime building operations by keeping all high-traffic areas presentable .
  

Qualifications:

 Fluency in both English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this position due to regular communication with both English and Spanish-speaking employees, managers and clients.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
  
• 1–2 years of janitorial experience; lead experience preferred.
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
  
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift/push/pull up to 30 lbs.
