This position would be responsible for building a plan and going after the market (Condos, Sr. Housing, Dorms, Rental Portfolios new Developments on Hilo or Kona) with a triple play (dial tone, internet, and video) product offering and long term marketing partnerships agreements. In addition to going after this market, this position will need to build a team of sales and sales support people to respond to the needs of this department.
- Negotiate bulk agreements and long term marketing agreements with MDU residential rental portfolio partners
- Build and maintain long lasting relationships within the rental property management industry
- Cold call and prospect new business
- Work with finance, product and legal on large commercial agreements
- Build and maintain a 0-18 month sales funnel
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses:
5 to 7 years in related field
Previous experience in sales, sales management, sales development previous supervisory experience. Experience in telecommunications industry a plus
Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities
Must be able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
Work may be performed in various locations across the greater Hawaii area
Salary range: $60,000-$90,000
