Position Summary: Responsible for leading the Shape vision for world class program management globally. Ensure that for all programs within scope, the quality, cost and delivery objectives defined at Division levels are consistently achieved and that customer new program expectations are exceeded.
Essential Job Functions:
· Champion continuous improvement of Shape Program Management System
· Ensure Shape's Program Management System is followed in each program globally through a standardized process of review
· Ensure customer satisfaction is high by delivering results that exceed expectations
· Ensure new programs improve organizational KPI performance and profitability throughout the life of the program
· Lead program reviews at the Division level
· Assure program management capacity and OTS guidelines and tools are in place to drive proper resourcing
· Manage and measure each program's performance and results; Identify deficiencies, develop and implement action plans
· Coordinate all essential Functions to launch programs, including but not limited to sales, engineering and operations
· Ensure the transfer of know-how among Divisions
· Provide operational support for programs within a Division whenever necessary.
· Coordinate and ensure program related reporting to the Division Managing Director
· Lead global IPS steering committee to drive continuous improvement of the IPS/launch system and institutionalize learnings
· Develop, manage and report on the Program Management budget and establish the Cost Tracking Matrix.

· Maintain Shape culture and core values and champion talent development
· Regularly communicate strategy and business performance
· Define, optimize and realize staffing needs
· Conduct timely performance evaluations of direct team members; ensure same for indirect team members.
· Assess subordinate skills and potential against future Program Management talent and development needs, identify successors for key positions, coach, mentor and develop team members or acquire appropriate talent
· Establish strong, cross-functional working relationships with Divisions and Functions (finance, sales, purchasing, engineering, quality, global industrialization) and partner/collaborate with cross functional team members globally to ensure alignment with strategy, initiatives and expected results.
