- Collaborate with corporate departments to ensure all Southern standards, policies, processes, and procedures are documented and up to date
- Conduct office compliance audits, as assigned
- Develop and implement new standards, policies, processes, and procedures as needed with an emphasis on automation when possible
- Conduct post-implementation evaluations to ensure that all changes and desired outcomes have been implemented successfully
- Ensure all projects incorporate appropriate solicitations, including facilitating collaborative feedback, gathering external data, conducting focus groups, interviews, and observations, performing analysis, and creating process flow charts for both existing and new processes
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert and facilitate training classes as required.
- Review project plans, meeting minutes and other documentation to ensure that all tasks have been completed according to plan
- Communicate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues throughout implementation process, and communicate project updates
- Demonstrate personal integrity and exemplify the Company's Mission, Vision, and Values
- Contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing tasks and assist with projects as needed
- Comply with all policies and procedures of Southern Management
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Director of Total Quality Management
- Skilled in interpreting information and analyzing data
