Summary:
Provides administrative support to the Executive Director, Department Heads, and administrative Boards at Birch Bay Retirement Village.

Requirements
Education, Training or Certifications Required:
High School Diploma
Experience Required:
- At least 1 year Office experience required
- Prior experience in a nonprofit organization desirable
Special Requirements:
- Good PC Skills required (Microsoft Suite)
- Emotional maturity and good people skills required
Cognitive Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills, good judgment, and ability to perform independently within acceptable standards
Physical Demands:
May involve extended sitting, use of VDT, hand/eye coordination (typing) and working closely with
people.
