We are currently recruiting Senior HVAC/Air Conditioning & Appliances Technicians for Melbourne region.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately service faults, provide maintenance, and measure product service data
Support our Customer Service Technicians to ensure faults are serviced accurately
Support our Dealer and Authorised Service Centre network with training on service and installation
Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions
Infield supervision of Technicians and Apprentices when required
Identify suggested improvements and shares with relevant cross-functional stakeholders e.g., Manufacturing, Quality, Product Development for diagnosis, analysis and continuous improvement
Ensure all activities of the customer experience service operation is performed in compliance with country, state and federal regulations, and laws governing business.
Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory.
Experience Required:
Demonstrated domestic and commercial HVAC experience, fostering a culture of action learning and performance through effective coaching and mentoring.
Must have a Refrigeration Mechanical – Certificate III, ARCtick Licence, and an Electrical Practicing Licence for the state.
Must have a valid and clean driver licence
Proven track record in delivering exemplary customer service experience in the HVAC space.
