At Capricorn, we’re committed to delivering exceptional service to our Members. As a Member Services Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our Members stay informed and on track with their payment obligations—helping them thrive within the Capricorn community.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the friendly, professional voice reminding Members of their payment commitments across all Capricorn products, always working within our Terms and Conditions. Your goal? To provide a seamless and supportive experience that reflects our values of trust and excellence.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s not just good with numbers, but great with people. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
• A solid understanding of accounting principles, especially accounts receivable.
• Strong judgement and decision-making skills aligned with business needs.
• Sharp numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to engage confidently across all levels.
• A calm and composed approach under pressure.
Your Experience & Qualifications
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar accounts or customer service role.
• Completion of Year 10 (or equivalent) preferred.
• A Customer Service Certificate is a bonus—but not essential.
