Job Description: HR Operations Generalist
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 days from Whitefield office)
We are looking for an HR Operations Generalist with 2–3 years of experience in HR
operations/shared services. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented,
strong in MS Excel, and passionate about delivering a smooth employee experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, exits, and related
documentation
Drive exit management, probation confirmations, conversions, extensions, and issuance
of HR letters
Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS and generate reports/dashboards
Use advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formulas, data
validation, data cleaning) for analysis and reporting
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure timely resolution
Support HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement
Coordinate with vendors for wellness programs and CSR engagements
Contribute to HR projects, automation initiatives, and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of HR operations/shared services experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with HRMS tools
High attention to detail, data accuracy, and process orientation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
