Hybrid Work Model
At Assent, we proudly embrace a remote-first work model, valuing the flexibility and autonomy it provides our team. We also acknowledge the intangible benefits of occasional in-person workdays. For team members situated within 50 kms/31 miles of our five global offices in Ottawa, Eldoret, Penang, Columbus, Pune and Amsterdam, you can expect to come into the office at least one day a week. Similarly, those near our co-working spaces in Nairobi and Toronto are encouraged to work onsite once a month.
Candidates for this role must be based in Pune with the flexibility to be in-office, regularly.
Job Description:As Assent’s Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with India Hiring Leaders across the organization to source, attract, develop and retain high-quality talent. You will identify, source, assess, and facilitate the selection of top talent, both internally and externally, for current and future business needs. You will also build lasting relationships with candidates to support Assent’s ambitious growth objectives.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Identify/Develop innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment/sourcing strategies to produce high quality active and passive candidate pipelines
- Develop partnerships with hiring managers across all global locations to understand their unique talent acquisition requirements and help determine optimum strategies to attract the best talent
- Provide candidates and hiring managers with an exceptional experience throughout the full recruitment and selection process
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating and showcasing Assents culture and values
- Build relationships with partners such as colleges/universities as well as other community programs
- Participate in special projects to accelerate the talent acquisition function forward

- 5 years + of global recruiting and sourcing experience within a SaaS, Product led organization required.
- Post secondary education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Expert in full cycle recruitment, relationship building and you always keep the candidate experience top of mind in everything you do
- Highly adaptable and flexible- you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
