Project & Program Manager - ADAS Components & Systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach: Project & Program Management – Coach the teams and ensure successful deliveries.
  • Grow: Ensure steady growth of business based on a target roadmap.
  • Innovate: Drive innovation and ensure value-add in all topics as an Extended CoC team.
  • Develop: Ensure a high level of motivation and satisfaction in the teams – Team development (incl. Career Path).
  • Satisfy: Ensure a high level of stakeholder satisfaction – Both in Germany as well as in the involved markets.

Areas of Work:

  • ADAS components & systems
  • Leading the team as a Coach
  • Focus on Innovation and Value-Adds
  • Steer based on Metrics and KPIs

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Technical Skills: Experience in ADAS components and systems.
  • Experience: 5–8 years in project and program management, preferably in automotive or related industries.
  • Tools and Platforms: Familiarity with metrics and KPIs for steering projects.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Additional certifications (if any): PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Domain knowledge in automotive engineering or related fields.
  • Exposure to international projects and global stakeholder management.
  • Experience with Daimler systems or similar global platforms.
