SUMMARY/SCOPE
OTTS is seeking qualified applicants for their Project Manager opportunity. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.
The Project Manager will initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control all components of the contract.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Represent the Contractor in all matters related to providing on-site services under contract.
· Meet with Government personnel on site as needed.
· Manage and review documents to include quality control plan, safety program, property inventory list, risk and contingency plan and environmental management plan.
· Oversee all day to day operational requirements and works with subcontractors; ensure the completion of reports to include invoicing, employee (role player) schedules, cleaning log, vehicle accident reporting.
· Adhere to company policies and guidelines; comply with all governmental security policies and procedures on training site.
Qualifications:
· Minimum three (3) consecutive years management or supervisory experience in last five (5) years in related field of comparable magnitude (management, administrative staff and 100+ part time employees), law enforcement experience is highly desired.
· Ability to pass a background check and preemployment drug screen, DOD Security clearance preferred.
· Ability to work normal duty hours (6:30 am to 6:00 pm).
· High School diploma or GED
· US Citizen or ability to work in United States
· Degree desired
