Position Overview: We’re looking for a Digital Media Specialist who will lead media buying in-platform for Google Adwords and Meta. Reporting to the Director of Media, the media specialist will work cross functionally with marketing and lead specialists to drive new patient acquisition across CPP clinics. You’ll own planning and execution of media campaigns, with a focus on driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage media buying and campaign execution for 10–15 clinics.
- Own media planning and optimization across Meta and Google Search platforms.
- Monitor and improve account performance to ensure campaigns meet efficiency and volume targets.
- Build reports and share actionable insights with internal teams and clinic partners.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of agency or media buying experience with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
- Expertise in both paid social and paid search with a focus on Google and Meta
- Understanding of both performance and brand marketing tactics
