Our Opportunity
GPJ is hiring a Graphics Project Manager to join our growing team.
This role is hybrid, requiring you to report on-site to one of the following office locations a minimum of 2 days/week: Austin, Boston, Detroit, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, or San Francisco.
Your Role
As a Graphics Producer, you use your expertise in graphic production and agency operations to ensure smooth collaboration between clients, the creative studio, and the event production team. This dynamic role puts you in charge of the entire production process, from initial planning to on-site setup. It's a great fit for proactive, hands-on individuals with a background in Traditional Traffic Management or Graphics Project Management.
Your responsibilities include creating and maintaining detailed lists of graphic deliverables, managing budgets with graphic capture tools, and developing project timelines. You work closely with the creative team to execute concepts seamlessly and with the Account Management and Integrated Production teams to provide regular budget updates. A crucial part of your job is proactively communicating any concerns about production timing and collaborating with third-party vendors to manage costs and delivery. You also attend inter-departmental meetings to assess the production workload and quickly address potential issues, ensuring deadlines are met and keeping communication transparent for everyone involved.
Your Skills
- Experience in an advertising or marketing agency with a print production studio.
- Thorough understanding of print production processes.
- Experience working in a chaotic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, and multitask.
- Experience balancing workloads among a creative group.
- Experience managing workflow and processes.
- Understanding of digital production processes is a plus.
- Experience in the event industry is a plus.

Your Experience
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally with at least 3 years in the position of Traffic Manager or Graphics Project Manager.
Travel & Mobility
- Ability to travel 25%
- Ability to work irregular hours in addition to normal business hours, to include nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Salary Range: $80k - $90k
