Position Overview


Eurasia Group is seeking a Practice Head, Impact Partnerships to join our team in New York or Washington, DC. This new leadership position, reporting directly to the CEO, is ideal for an experienced professional eager to build cross-sector clients through consultative engagement and innovative partnership building. The Practice Head will lead a dedicated team and play a key role in shaping and executing EG’s impact partnership strategy, with a strong focus on strategic consulting and measurable outcomes.

 


Responsibilities:

  • Set and communicate a clear vision for EG’s impact partnerships, balancing community-driven approaches with distinctive consultative services.
  • Develop and execute tailored, content-led client engagement strategies and thought leadership campaigns focused on addressing specific client challenges and building long-term partnerships beyond traditional event sponsorship.
  • Provide high-level strategic counsel to clients on impact strategy and communications, helping them position themselves effectively within their sectors.
  • Facilitate a consultative sales approach, prioritizing depth and sustainable value in client relationships.
  • Organize and host roundtables, panels, and advisory councils to foster meaningful dialogue and continuous client engagement.
  • Lead the training and development of commercial teams, equipping them with the tools and skills necessary for impactful client interactions.
  • Drive cross-business collaboration to ensure the alignment and integration of impact partnership initiatives, with clear focus on strategic consulting.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team, providing clear leadership and professional development.
  • Establish and track metrics to measure the outcomes and impact of partnership activities.
  • Collaborate closely with business line leaders and cross-functional teams to identify, close, and execute partnership opportunities.

 

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in strategic partnership development, consultative engagements, or a related field serving cross-sector clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships at the C-suite level, particularly with CMOs and executive leadership.
  • Proven success in community building, stakeholder convening, and developing platforms for thought leadership.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams to achieve commercial and engagement goals.
  • Strong understanding of strategic communications, impact strategies, and the dynamics of multi-sectoral ecosystems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across business lines and matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s) strongly preferred.

 

Location
New York or Washington, DC.


The applicable base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $220,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
