Job Description –
- Parts ordering through TechDirect or maintain applicable spreadsheet list depending on part request process.
- Work directly with techs to ensure accurate reporting and ordering information.
- Verify part orders are approved, highlight/investigate any denials, and notate any parts delays/backorders.
- Allocate parts to techs based on the requirements for the repair.
- Monitor and track incoming/outgoing parts.
- Monitor and track incoming/outgoing devices.
- Allocate parts for devices based on the repair requirements.
- Assist with inventory of parts.
Possible tasks to be performed outside of role due to workload: Imaging, asset tagging, etching, pallet consolidation, Chromebook enrollments, hardware configuration, BIOS.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 years of business professional experience in the field. Must be able to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- Three months or more related experience and/or training;
- Or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must be computer literate. Good Excel skills. Database knowledge is a plus. Attention to detail. Dependable.
