Job Description:TRUEWERK is seeking an AP/AR Clerk or Coordinator to support our busy accounting team during our peak season. Reporting to our Controller, this role will handle both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and proactive problem-solving.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a high-growth performance apparel brand. While this is a temporary independent contractor (1099) role through February 2026, successful candidates may be considered for a permanent role as the company grows.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Post and match payments from Shopify in NetSuite
- Record AR payments (ACH, wire, check) to customer accounts in NetSuite
- Enter and process AP vouchers, including payment applications
- Support AP processing in SaaS platforms such as Bill.com
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies, overdue invoices, and vendor/customer inquiries
- 2+ years of AP/AR experience
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Shopify
- Familiarity with Bill.com or similar AP software
- Strong attention to detail, bias to action, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable asking questions and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $26–$29/hour (approx. $55k–$60k annualized)
Length: Through Feb 2026, with potential for permanent hire
Schedule: 32 hrs/week, start time between 7:30 am – 9 am
Location: In office Monday-Thursday
