ClaimCare Representative(s):
The primary function of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently processing claims and resolving issues with the highest level of professionalism. A solution-oriented approach is essential, ensuring that customer problems are addressed promptly and effectively. Handling calls in a timely manner and maintaining a professional demeanor are crucial to providing optimal assistance to our customers. Additionally, the ability to multitask effectively while on the phone and working through multiple sites is vital for seamless service and swift resolution of customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities

- Must be able to multi-task effectively
- Promptly and accurately receive, screen, and route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate person/department
- Meet daily personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets, achieving all service, productivity, and quality objectives
- Must be able to receive, review, and process calls regarding losses incurred by a client’s customer
- Responds to claim inquiries from Policyholders, Claimants, Claimant Carriers, Agents, and Employees for Property and Casualty policies
- Notifies Manager regarding staff absences/tardiness; updates and informs other necessary parties of the same and related information
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be flexible to work additional hours during high volume times (CAT), when there is peak demand
- Must be available to work non-traditional shifts
- Previous insurance experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role
- Able to speak additional languages (Spanish, French, etc.)
Skills, knowledge & expertise
- Handle all incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, with the objective of assisting and resolving caller's issues and requests to the best of their ability
- Contact insureds to provide adjuster information and details regarding the claim process
- Input new claims transmitted via telephone, fax, and email
- Disseminate all electronic mail from the company’s inbox appropriately
- May assist other departments with various tasks with prior approval from the ClaimCare Manager
