Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Sandhurst Apartments - Zanesville, OH
Scheduled Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with 24/7 on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and bonuses
Community Size: 120 units
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in multi-family residential maintenance
- Skills: Broad knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and HVAC (certification preferred)
- Customer Service: Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Reliability: Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Requirements: Own basic hand tools; valid driver’s license with reliable truck or van and insurance; willingness to pass background and drug screening
What You’ll Do
- Maintenance Tasks: Utilize skills in HVAC, pool maintenance, electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, apartment turnovers, appliance repair, carpentry, locks and keys, pool care, and lighting.
- Work Orders: Complete work orders from residents while keeping the community in pristine condition.
- Emergency Response: Address emergencies as situations arise or while on-call.
