Missions:

Standardize and optimize administrative management processes of HR services requested by Site HR teams across the Business Groups, managing employee-related processes (such as hiring, transfers, contractual changes, immigration, relocation, benefits management, etc.) ensuring legal and organizational policy compliance. Update HR Tools.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

Employee Records, Benefits, Immigration and Relocation Management:
Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, from hiring through to changes in employment status.

Prepare documentation for new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations (including immigration and relocation process)
Manage health insurance, pension system administration
Establish employment contract and contract addendum
Prepare employment contract termination: admin legal documents
HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations concerning employee data management.
Regularly review and update local HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Data Management and Reporting:
Input and update employee data in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
HR Support and Coordination:
Provide support to Site HR of activities within cluster scope.
Assist in coordinating HR activities across the cluster, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
 

Competences requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration or a related field within a mid to large-sized organization
Proven track record of handling confidential information and managing sensitive data with discretion
Experience in managing employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
Knowledge of HR processes and legal compliance
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with high levels of confidentiality
