COOK bei Lawrence County Memorial Hospital

The cook will perform a variety of numerous dietary functions as directed, assigned or instructed, such as preparing food for breakfast, lunch or dinner in preparation for and delivery of food service to patients and staff. Recording food and cooler temperatures daily. Follow portion control guidelines. Clean up duties will also be required all in accordance with current applicable federal and state regulations and established facility procedures and policies. This person must be available to work every other weekend. 4:30am to 12:15PM 2 to 3 days a week including weekend and holiday rotation.
