What you’ll do…

The Project Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of organizational and administrative duties with a strong focus on policy enforcement, compliance monitoring, risk management, and contract administration. This role supports program operations and provides essential oversight to ensure efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation across multiple projects.


Day to day you’ll…

  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Conduct audits and monitor compliance with organizational standards.
  • Manage and monitor incident reporting and corrective actions.
  • Review reports and identify potential security risks; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as a liaison between the operational division and other departments.
  • Provide guidance during project planning and execution phases.
  • Create actionable and repeatable reporting to highlight business trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of activities, incidents, and staff credentialing lists for compliance.
  • Prepare and present reports on status and findings to PMO leadership.
  • Evaluate, determine, and recommend training needs.
  • Monitor contract updates, amendments, and changes.
  • Coordinate transition plans for new work orders and contracts.
  • Track the progress and health of all security contracts.

Requirements


Education

Bachelor’s degree required.


Work Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, compliance, or risk management.
  • Experience managing teams and collaborating across departments.
  • Experience with compliance monitoring systems and incident management platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of contract management and administrative support tools.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities across divisions.
  • Ability to present reports and findings clearly to leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate risks and implement solutions.
  • Attention to detail for accurate recordkeeping and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
