We are Looking for:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in healthcare, specifically in specialty marketing. This is not an entry-level position; the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive patient acquisition and build brand reputation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and leverage data to optimize marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Integrated Campaign Management: Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital, print, social media, email, and traditional advertising, with a primary focus on physician practices and specialty service lines.
  • Patient Acquisition: Strategize and implement marketing initiatives to increase patient acquisition, engagement, and retention for specific healthcare services and physician practices.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with channel marketers (e.g., digital marketing specialists, content creators) to ensure campaign alignment and effective execution across all platforms.
  • Project Management: Utilize project management tools, with a preference for Asana, to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
  • Physician & Specialty Marketing: Develop tailored marketing strategies to promote individual physicians, physician groups, and specialty services, understanding the unique needs and value propositions of each.
  • Online Presence & Reputation Management: Manage and optimize the company's and individual physician's presence on healthcare directories such as Zocdoc, Healthgrades, and Vitals. Proactively monitor online reviews and manage Google Business Profiles to maintain a positive brand reputation.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, measure ROI, and make strategic adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets for assigned projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, competitor activities, and patient behavior to identify new marketing opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the healthcare industry.
  • Healthcare Expertise: Demonstrated experience with physician and/or specialty marketing is a must.
  • Integrated Marketing: Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills and experience using a project management tool; experience with Asana is highly preferred.
  • Digital Acumen: Familiarity with healthcare directories (Zocdoc, Healthgrades, etc.) and a solid understanding of reputation management principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including physicians and executive leadership.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
