Your Contribution
Our Maintenance Manager is responsible to assist production in achieving their productivity goals by setting up a maintenance regiment that will enhance our equipment to run efficiently with minimal down time. You will need to establish and track all TPM’s, PPM’s and charting to show logics and update the Team on Continuous Improvement projects and Kaizen events
• Ability to understand the areas in which training is needed in the department
• Diagnostic skills and Root cause Analytics
• Robotics, PLC programs and Schematics/Blueprints
• Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
• Electrical and Electronic systems
• Preventative and Predictable Maintenance Process
• Safety and Environmental Process knowledge
• OSHA standards, regulatory and codes
• BOS including Work Order SAP
• Prepare and present reports/graphs to demonstrate topics required
• Responsible for all maintenance purchasing functions, including parts crib
• Maintains cost control measures
• New Program launches and vendor plant visits
• Manage a team of Maintenance Supervisors.
Your Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited four-year college or university with a minimum 5 to 8 years of related experience within the automotive manufacturing industry focusing on maintaining a very large campus, equipment, machinery and personnel.
• Knowledge in IATF16949 Audits and ISO14001 Audits and processes.
• Lean Six Sigma and Black Belt certification desirable
• Experience in high volume medium to large campus
• Ability to meet the customers, vendors and leadership team with confidence and skilled communication
• Ability to interface with all levels of Management and Customers
