Compensation:
Hourly wage range is $20.82 - $29.40. Wage is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status. The pay range listed above is base pay; this position may be eligible for additional compensation, such as shift differential (applied to all evening and weekend hours).

The Imaging Tech Aide helps deliver exemplary patient care and customer service while performing a variety of tasks to support the technologists and patient workflow.
Shift: Monday - Friday (Day Shift) 8:30-5:00
Responsibilities
- Customer and Patient Satisfaction: Must be proactively and consistently contributing to the team’s ability to meet and anticipate the needs and expectations of internal and external customers. Effectively provides service and/or resolves problems. Works to create a positive experience for all.
- Job Duties: Assists with patient workflow for MRI and CT or other imaging modalities as needed. Performs duties such as but not limited to patient communication, referring and provider communication, scheduling, consenting, faxing and other clerical duties as assigned.
- Communication: Utilizes clear and effective communication with imaging center team and patients by using either oral, written or verbal methods. Demonstrates a general knowledge of modalities to assist technologists with patient communication. Gives and receives feedback in a non-defensive manner, asks for clarification, evaluates feedback and realizes the freedom to modify or stay the same.
- Quality and Safety: Adheres to all safety standards to contribute toward a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Computer Resources: Comfortably uses PACS, RIS, QC workstations and additional computer programs as required.
Position Requirements
- Education: High school diploma
- Experience: 1-2 years in medical support services environment.
