The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager Outlet Stores, the Store Manager manages all aspects of retail store operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, sales planning/allocations, staffing, team member relations, security, cash handling, training, communication and following all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. You will help should create a positive, productive and fun atmosphere for all store team members and our customers.

Your Impact

  • You will maintain merchandising standards by ensuring that products are available on the sales floor, and that the product is organized in a manner that allows for customers' ease of shopping. You will be able to design and implement floor layout.

  • You will acquire and share operational information necessary to maximize business opportunities (sales, cogs and recovery goals, business strategies, allocation information, budgeting, payroll, P&L results, etc.).

  • You will set the standard for interfacing with customers, while leading the team to provide exceptional customer service and productivity. You will help resolve customer issues that arise.

  • You will ensure that day-to-day operations are completed on-time and with a high degree of accuracy.

  • You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team by communicating staffing needs, interviewing, conducting orientation, completing new-hire paperwork and providing store operations training.

  • You will evaluate team member performance, and ensure team members are following company and store policies, administering corrective action when necessary. You will coach team members for improved performance and provide suggestions for developmental activity, and recognize greatness.

  • You will promote awareness of and compliance with all safety and security policies.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a retail setting

  • Availability to work any day of the week, between the hours of 7am and 7pm

  • Working knowledge of Human Resources, Inventory Control and Security

  • Working knowledge of stockroom organization and receiving process

  • Experience with visual display basics, payroll, budgeting and scheduling
