The Opportunity
As an HR Generalist Student Hire, you will work with the human resources team to support a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. You will gain hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations while contributing to projects that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. These positions can lead to future opportunities within HR generalist, talent acquisition, or HR specialist roles.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
The Program Details
- Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
- Co-Op: May 2026 – December 2026 (6 months)
- Internship: May 2026 – August 2026 (3 months)
- Host locations: Deerfield Beach, FL or Garland, TX
