Devises programs within the Cathy and John Pelusi Family Life Skills Program. Leads Panthers to Pros Mentorship Program. Oversees Pitt Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) governance and leadership group. Works with internal departmental units in providing support and education for NIL/Revenue Share programs and strategy. Builds and manages key relationships on campus and in the Pittsburgh community to enhance programming and opportunities for student-athletes. Guides departmental service-learning efforts to offer student-athletes’ opportunities to positively impact their local community. Develops and implements strategic planning for the student athlete services area of Athletics. Establishes short- and long-term department goals. Develops new programs and evaluates success of programs. Works to improve all aspects of the life skills program through careful research and deliberation. Enlists support of and participation by various University staff and relevant departments to strengthen the program. Supervises staff, which includes hiring, mentoring, professional growth, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and other human resource administration; manages work schedules and approves timecards; provides professional development opportunities; distributes and reviews work.%3C/span%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E
