Your mission

In this role, you will help shape the future of UiPath by leading the Americas recruiting team across all functions (Sales, Engineering, Product, and Corporate). You’ll be at the center of building the talent engine that powers our growth, ensuring we attract the brightest minds, scale our teams with speed and quality, and cultivate a candidate experience that reflects our values. As a trusted partner to executives and business leaders, you’ll influence hiring strategy at the highest level and leave a lasting impact on the trajectory of our company

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team across the Americas

  • Design and implement innovative, scalable recruiting strategies to attract top talent across multiple functions (Sales, Engineering, Product, and Corporate).

  • Partner with senior business leaders, HRBPs, and COEs (compensation, mobility, etc.) to align on workforce planning and deliver hiring outcomes.

  • Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and practices to ensure UiPath remains competitive in the talent market.

  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring UiPath is recognized as an employer of choice.

  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring strategies and decisions.

  • Act as a change agent and thought leader, introducing new approaches to sourcing, assessment, and engagement.

  • Lead and participate in global Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects that shape the future of the function.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within fast-paced, technology-driven companies.

  • 5+ years of leadership and/or management experience, with proven success building and developing recruiting teams.

  • Strong experience supporting diverse functional areas, preferably GTM

  • Proven ability to successfully deliver against recruiting plans, while balancing strategic priorities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate goals and metrics into actionable recruiting strategies.

  • Demonstrated success coaching teams to achieve exceptional results and helping individuals grow beyond expectations.

  • Strong program and project management skills; able to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

  • Experience implementing innovative hiring practices that drive desired outcomes

  • Ability to balance strategy and execution, with a bias for action
