Renuity Garage Coatings is seeking a Field Sales Manager!

The Field Sales Manager leads a team by providing guidance, training/mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing current benchmarks and data, and building their team. A Field Sales Manager will have knowledgeable of the company’s products and promotions and works closely with the customer and sales staff to ensure a smooth sales process.

  

What We Offer:  

  • Compensation: $135k - $175k per year. This includes your base salary + bonus override + uncapped commission

What You'll Do:  

  • Ensuring sales teams are meeting planned sales goals/quotas 

  • Coordinating all disciplinary action and performance improvement plans with sales reps 

  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team 

  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary 

  • Overseeing activities and performance of sales team 

  • Conducting ride-along with sales team members 

  • Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education 

  • Promoting the company’s products and services 

  • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts 

  • Running Sales appointments 

What You'll Bring: 

  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time 

  • Ability to travel 

  • Year-round field work in all weather conditions 

  • In-home demonstrations 

  • Must be able to transport and carry up to 35 lbs. of work-related material 

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats, including sales presentations 

  • Demonstrated capability to develop strong interpersonal working relationships and work in a team environment 

  • Strong customer service orientation 

  • A valid driver’s license and proven safe driving record 

  • Knowledge of principles and practices of sales 

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
