Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide the necessary leadership and direction for daily activities of the crusher crew
- Operate and maintain crusher plant in a safe, efficient manner
- Keep inventory, prepare production and schedules, reports and maintain an operators log as necessary
- Must comply with all MSHA regulations
- Participate in quality control program to me specifications
- Other misc. Duties as directed by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have knowledge of crusher plant operations with screen and conveyor systems
- Requires high degree of skills planning, organization, supervising, communication, and observation
- Must be able to read and comprehend specifications, operators’ manuals, instructions, and maintain operators log as necessary
- Must be able to work in a professional manner and get along with others
- Must possess good supervisory skills and be a good teacher/mentor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
