HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:Your Role:
- Duties involve, but are not limited to:
- Disseminating information;
- maintaining filing systems,
- creating databases as well as the input and merging of data;
- Identifies opportunities to improve patient safety and participates in projects and programs designed to reduce error and improve safety.
- Specialty Responsibilities include:
- Residency Coordinator- office schedules for Residents and Faculty;
- Call schedules and master office schedules.
- Medical Records Coordinator: day-to-day Medical Records work;
- ensures HIPAA guidelines and Risk Management Compliance.
- Front Office Coordinator: all front office functions; coordinate appointment scheduling and patient payment functions.
- Performs routine administrative support for the Department.
- Practice Administrator

- Administration Area - None
- Medical Records Area - MR Specialists
- Front Office - Office Coordinators - None
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., certificate of high school equivalency).
Preferred Education:
- Associates Degree
Required Experience:
- Two years office experience with organizational/coordination responsibilities and good knowledge of computer applications;
Preferred Experience:
- Three or more years office experience with organziation coordination repsonsibilities and high level knowledge of computer applications within a medical office or health care facility..
