We are currently looking for a Junior Securitisation Analyst to join our Debt Market Services Team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an individual with experience within financial services with an interest in Securitisation to join the team. As a Junior Securitisation Trust Analyst, your role involves supporting the Trust Management team in providing precise, timely, and efficient services to the Australian Securitisation market. Your responsibilities include ensuring the team fulfils its contractual commitments and maintains a consistently high level of service. Additionally, you actively engage in team projects, offer technical support, and identify process improvements to help the team achieve its goals and objectives.
About the role
As a Junior Securitisation Trust Analyst at Perpetual Corporate Trust, you will:
Manage an allocated portfolio of securitisation Trust Management clients
Prepare and delivery of monthly Trust Management investor reports
Prepare and execute daily / weekly settlement and funding requests
Monitor and review the daily operations of the Trust, ensuring all contractual obligations to transaction parties are met
Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly operations of the Trust Management function, including but not limited to:
Preparing monthly trust manager calculations, reports, payment instructions and other notices for various transaction parties in accordance with the trust documents
Preparing and maintaining bank account and Trust reconciliations
Preparing reviewing and executing settlement requests and payment instructions to facilitate intra-period funding
Monitoring and maintaining Trust covenants and or trigger events / portfolio parameters
Responding and manage client and investor queries in an accurate and timely manner
Actively manage aged debtors and accruals.
About you
You are a proactive and process-oriented individual who operates with strong attention to detail, is an excellent multitasker and has a knack for communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across the business. Your skills could include:
Tertiary qualification in a related field such as finance, economics, or business
Experience within Financial Services will be highly regarded
A desire to develop a career within Securitisation or a familiarity with the Securitisation industry
Understanding of securitisation and trust manager responsibilities will be highly regarded
Excellent client management skills and experience
Team player and will thrive in collaborative environment.
