We’re looking for a Program Manager (Product Operations) to join our client's Product & Regulatory Operations organization. This team plays a critical role in ensuring user and business safety while driving product quality, growth, and engagement across their platforms.
In this role, you’ll lead complex, high-impact programs, working closely with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, legal, and global operations. You’ll shape strategies, streamline processes, and bring operational clarity to some of the company’s most critical initiatives - including support for next-generation AI projects.
What You’ll Do
- Define project scope, build roadmaps, and execute program plans for key initiatives.
- Drive effective, concise communications across global stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Conduct root cause analysis, manage escalations, and deliver business recommendations.
- Identify and close gaps in systems, strategies, and processes to scale operations effectively.
- Manage risk and compliance activities, ensuring projects are delivered with quality and trust.
- Partner cross-functionally to support large-scale, high-touch programs from development to completion.
- Leverage data, dashboards, and advanced tools to inform program decisions and measure impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or tech company program management.
- 7+ years of program/project management experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to influence and partner across functions and global teams.
- Skilled at prioritizing and making decisions under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or similar analytical tools for reporting and decision support.
- Track record of collaborating across functions to scale initiatives and deliver measurable impact.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience at a large technology company.
- Background in supporting AI/Gen-AI projects or emerging technologies.
- Experience with vendor management and process optimization in high-growth environments.
Benefits
Compensation Rate: $85-95/hr
