The Opportunity - Help Build Places Where People Love to Live!

Join the Masterplanned Communities Development Sales team at Stockland in a newly created role that’s central to our residential wholesale operations. We’re looking for an experienced administrator with a strong understanding of the wholesale process to support our team’s operational, administrative, and reporting needs.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient lot allocation, proactive contract and settlement management, and accurate performance reporting to support strategic decision-making. As a vital link between internal teams and builder partners, you’ll help drive seamless communication, professional engagement, and exceptional service delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain streamlined systems and processes to support the full wholesale sales cycle
  • Track lot allocation and availability across multiple projects, keeping stock lists accurate and stakeholders informed
  • Prepare and manage wholesale contracts, including Nominee Agreements, Development Deeds, Accretion Deeds, and Put & Call Options
  • Process wholesale sales advice efficiently and in line with compliance standards
  • Monitor marketing periods and settlement timelines to help meet financial targets and project forecasts
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc performance reports to support decision-making
  • Extract and analyse data from internal platforms (e.g. Salesforce, CTS) to support forecasting and operations
  • Ensure builder partners provide timely updates on construction progress and maintain internal tracking systems

About you

Experience & skills that counts:

  • Experience in contract administration or vendor governance, preferably with experience engaging with builders or developers
  • Prior industry experience and proven track record in a customer centric role relating to property
  • Prior experience working in sales and/or customer service across both physical and virtual environments
  • Track record of achieving results through influencing, communication and relationship skills
  • Strong contract administration/ document management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
