As a Senior Strategist, you will be a catalyst for unlocking human and data driven insights that inform global marketing campaigns for the biggest brands, properties, and communities on the planet.

Based in our new London HQ, we are seeking a Strategist who possesses a clear understanding of how to unlock consumer insights and connect them with cultural and industry trends to develop inspiring social and creator strategies.

A social first Strategist, with an appreciation for deliver across multiple channels, you will develop strategies centered on consumer needs and behaviors, integrated communications plans and messaging strategies that assure all channels are working together to ensure we meet client goals and deliver excellent user experience.

You are a creative, flexible thinker that can use multiple inputs, data sources, and inspiration to create strategic foundations dripping with cultural, consumer, and brand knowledge. Your razor-sharp perspective on how to meet client goals will help to develop the foundation on which creative concepts are built. You will work in tandem with creative counterparts to deliver best in class work across integrated marketing channels.

The ideal candidate is an expert in brand strategy and keeps a constant pulse on what’s driving culture in sport, music, and entertainment.

You will be overseeing the development of innovative strategies across all marketing channels, ensuring that our brand’s messaging resonates with target audiences while driving business outcomes. This role requires strong strategic thinking, a deep understanding of creative execution, and excellent leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams with a strong desire to break convention, create fresh creative work and to push boundaries.

Please note: this is a 4 month freelance opportunity starting ASAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Turns observations and truths into original and compelling insights.
  • Is the go-to for quick thinking and POVs on platforms, industries and clients.
  • Works closely with creative teams to develop their ideas and ensure the work is tied to the strategy. Gives useful creative feedback.
  • Brings consumer insight and platform understanding to every discussion/debate.
  • Demonstrates digital and social platform thought leadership and expertise.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-7+ years’ experience strategizing on an integrated brand campaign
  • Experience in sports is preferred.
  • Must have creative agency experience in a role on a team crafting social and digital strategies for a range of consumer brands.
  • Must also be a great collaborator and creative partner with a proven ability to provide logical strategic guidance and insight.
  • Must have an aptitude for new business and a passion for making great creative work.
  • Should be able to work independently and have a passion for culture.
  • Commitment to excellence—working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation.
