Position Summary:
The Outreach and Timekeeping Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the operations of the program, including participant timekeeping, participant outreach, scheduling appointments, and providing accommodations to ensure participation. The Supervisor provides oversight and daily management of Outreach Specialists and Timekeeping Coordinators. The team is responsible for ongoing implementation of client engagement and reengagement strategies to achieve engagement and reengagement goals.
What You'll Do:
- Directly supervise Outreach Specialist and Timekeeping Coordinator team members.
- Develops and maintains a strategic and effective plan and best practices for outreach, timekeeping, and administrative assistance.
- Manage all services and activities of outreach and timekeeping of WeCARE participant activities, including pre-calls, re-engagement calls, timekeeping data entry, and documentation management.
- Oversee department that provides escalating outreach to all participants who fail to report to mandatory appointments and services. This includes but is not limited to efforts extended via telephone, email, mail and home visit outreach strategies.
- Ensure that every Outreach Specialist is identifying and assisting customers with mitigating barriers to program participation such as assisting with provision of accommodations for travel, health, mental health, and childcare issues.
- Ensure that department is re-engaging customers by discussing the range of available services, and the potential benefits of participation in WeCARE.
- Engage team in case conferences with WeCARE clinic and service site staff, as necessary for the benefit and service of the participant.
- Issues clear and concise goals to team to ensure the effectiveness of services provided to clients and meet our contractual goals.
- Ensure proper and accurate daily timekeeping data-entry for all program clients.
- Collaborates with WeCARE Leadership Team on continuous improvement and innovative methods for client engagement and strengthening their commitment to the program.
- Coaches and motivates staff members, holding team meetings and supporting overall sense of teamwork.
- Evaluates staff’s performance through informal and formal evaluations.
- Ensures staff maintain up-to-date progress and performance notes on all clients in Fedcap and HRA case management systems, adhering to documentation guidelines and expectations
- Ensure that all required statistical data and reports are prepared accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

- Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field, such as human services or occupational rehabilitation from an accredited institution required. Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years management experience OR an equivalent combination of related education and experience
Compensation
$64,350-$67,000
