Job Title
In This Role You’ll / Your Main Responsibilities
· Guide a team in creating and implementing inclusive rewards initiatives, including salary and bonus cycles, grading, and share programs.
· Oversee rewards projects such as off-cycle adjustments and market competitiveness reviews to ensure relevance and compliance.
· Support regular compensation benchmarking and internal equity reviews to identify and resolve pay gaps.
· Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to align rewards programs with organizational goals and standards.
· Support team members’ growth by providing accessible training in compensation strategy and regulatory practices.
About the Ideal Candidate
· Experience in compensation strategy, benchmarking, and equity analysis across diverse markets.
· Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
· Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in compensation and rewards.
· Proven ability to guide and support teams in a collaborative and inclusive manner.
· Proficiency in managing compensation cycles and incentive programs in a regional or global context.
