Nuqleous is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing sales operations team. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the company’s revenue growth by developing ongoing reports for leaders to help manage operational functions. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at partnering with business leaders to support a growing SaaS operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain weekly/monthly reports on KPIs across operational functions
- Analyze trends and escalate issues to senior leadership
- Provide data-backed recommendations to improve operational outcomes
- Develop scalable, repeatable reporting processes
- Partner with operational leaders to align metrics with goals
- Identify ways to streamline data collection and ensure accuracy
- Own ad hoc and strategic reporting for key initiatives
- Manage Sales and Marketing tech stack, specifically Hubspot and Salesforce
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics or related field
• 2+ years analyzing operational or business data
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, etc.)
• Experience with Sales and Marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft, etc.)
• Strong communicator with a sharp eye for patterns and anomalies
• Able to work independently, prioritize, and problem-solve under pressure
