Essential Job Functions
· First point of contact for HR queries
· Carry out all employee life-cycle administration, including but not limited to new offer letters and contracts, onboarding, leaver and promotions.
· Conduct face to face new joiner inductions.
· Enusre all systems and records are kept up to date and are accurate.
· Preparing data for the monthly payroll across Europe and working with payroll provider to ensure accurate payments.
· Assist in recruitment administration.
· Co-ordinate and execute 1, 5 & 10 year award gifts.
Job Requirements
· 2 - 4 years experience within an HR administration role
· Experience of Workday (HRIS)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong IT skills
· Can do, positive approach
