Your Role
You design and support the sustainable further development of the integrated management system and business processes at the site in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Zeiss standards
You monitor compliance with specifications (based on laws, standards, Zeiss, and customer specifications) through the use of key figures and internal audits
You are responsible for quality management in an advisory role for technologically complex product developments and production processes
You coordinate quality planning and ensure that quality processes and methods are adhered to in product development
You conduct comprehensive projects for quality assurance and optimization
You regularly coordinate with stakeholders, project organizations, and other interested parties, evaluating and presenting the progress of the project throughout the entire product development process
Your Profile
A very good master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Mechatronics, or Physics
Several years of professional experience in quality management related to R&D/Engineering, e.g., as a quality manager, including experience in preparing and accompanying internal surveillance audits and external certification audits
Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 and expert knowledge in the application of quality methods (Six Sigma, LEAN, 8D, FMEA)
Training as an (internal) auditor or the willingness to undergo such training
Desired knowledge in SAP (especially in the Q module), PowerBI, and Salesforce
C1 level in German and English, both in oral and written communication
