Role Overview:

We are seeking an execution-focused Project Manager to help facilitate the day-to-day operations of our Analytics & Agentic AI team, working closely with the Director/Program leader. This role is pivotal in driving program strategy, managing cross-functional teams, thereby ensuring the over-arching goal of successful delivery of AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong Agile background, team & vendor management expertise, and a collaborative mindset to navigate complex, techno-functional team & work dynamics. 

Key Responsibilities:

Program Strategy & Leadership

  • Partner with the Director to define and drive the overarching program strategy.
  • Develop and own the training roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and technical feasibility.
  • Evangelize the program internally and externally, including field and customer-facing engagements.

Project & Workstream Management

  • Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to manage feature prioritization, functional support, financial oversight, and release planning.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies using Agile and hybrid methodologies.

Requirements & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Drive and facilitate the requirements gathering and prioritization process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for business-led delivery and provide consultative support to help stakeholders navigate trade-offs and build consensus.

Vendor & Transition Oversight

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with external resource partner companies.
  • Oversee transitions of work between vendor teams and in-house teams, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
  • Coordinate contract and SOW procedures in collaboration with vendor management, finance, legal, HR.

Talent & Team Management

  • Work closely with the recruitment function to support hiring, onboarding, and allocation of team members across project workstreams 
  • Maintain the project management portal information and record the progress updates in a timely manner   
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performance culture across work-groups (across locations) 

Technology & Analytics Alignment

  • Maintain a basic working knowledge of Agentic AI, Gen AI and data analytics to effectively engage with stakeholders and teams members.
  • Ensure team staffing is aligned with the overall budget, plan & forecast 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing diverse work items in a multi-locational multi-skilled cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong background in Agile / Scrum practices; Agile certifications preferred.
  • Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and SOW development would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work across cultures, time zones, and organizational boundaries.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and human resource management.
