What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing various types of trailers for the paint process.
• Using air and battery-powered hand tools.
• Carrying out minor repair work using filler.
• Masking vehicles in preparation for painting.
• Supporting paint sprayers in achieving a high-quality finish.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Being open to learning and developing new skills.
   

Whilst the above outlines the main duties of the post the list is not exhaustive, and duties may need to change in the light of future developments or from time to time as directed by your supervisor or manager

We are seeking passionate and skilled candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Here's what we're looking for:

• NVQ and/or ATA qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• A positive attitude towards health and safety.
• A proactive and hardworking approach to tasks.
