What you will do
Lead and develop teams across product and contract accounting, corporate accounting, consolidations, external reporting, and finance transformation.
Oversee timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financials (U.S. GAAP, UK GAAP, IFRS) and support external filings.
Ensure a strong control environment and full compliance with SOX and internal policy (FIM).
Own the external audit process, delivering efficient and timely statutory accounts across international entities.
Provide technical accounting guidance, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and impairment reviews.
Oversee compliance processes such as SOX certifications and balance sheet reconciliations.
Play a key role in the implementation of Workday Financials and finance systems transformation.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing reporting, controls, and ways of working.
Act as a key member of the Finance Leadership Team—bringing a collaborative, can-do mindset.
What we expect of you
Experience in an IT reseller, technology solutions integrator or closely related type of organisation.
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA) with 10+ years' post-qualification experience.
Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
Proven leadership of high-performing accounting teams.
Experience in a multinational environment—ideally with a U.S. parent company.
Strong background in statutory reporting and financial consolidations.
Hands-on experience building or enhancing financial control environments (e.g. SOX).
Comfortable with systems transformation—Workday and Blackline experience is a big plus.
Clear communicator, confident with stakeholders at all levels, including non-finance leadership.
A balance of strategic thinking and roll-up-your-sleeves execution
