TCU Room Service – Culinary Aide
Episcopal Homes of Minnesota has proudly served seniors for 130+ years. Located in the heart of St. Paul’s Midway neighborhood, we offer a vibrant campus with Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Home Care services. Residents also enjoy a fitness center, pool, theater, gourmet dining room, pub, and a variety of special events.
We are currently seeking a Culinary Aide – TCU Room Service to join our culinary team. This role supports our mission of providing residents with a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience by delivering meals directly to residents in our Transitional Care Unit (TCU).

Wage: $15.92 – $17.59/hr.
Schedule: Full-Time, AM Shift (start times vary between 6:00am–9:00am; end times between 2:30pm–5:30pm). Includes every-other weekend and alternating holidays.
What You’ll Do
- Assure workspace is clean, sanitary, and properly set for meal service
- Assist residents with meal selection and deliver meals promptly to TCU rooms
- Provide courteous meal delivery service and remove soiled dishes in a timely manner
- Stock and maintain food, condiments, beverages, and utensils for residents
- Clean and sanitize dining areas, food production areas, and reset trays after meals
- Operate dish machine and properly store/roll clean silverware
- Clean and sanitize food delivery equipment
- Monitor prep and service areas to ensure sanitary conditions
- Keep the TCU stocked with snacks, supplements, and condiments
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Physically able to lift at least 35 pounds
- Comfortable working with cleaning supplies and in hot, humid areas
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Prior food service experience preferred, but not required
