**Role available on a 12-month fixed term contract**
We’re seeking a talented Power BI Developer to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract, this role will be based at our Milton Keynes site and will be offered on a hybrid basis.
In this pivotal role you’ll design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making across the business. The role will also involve collaboration with stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions are aligned with business needs and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualisations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting solutions.
- Optimise Power BI performance and implement best practices in data modelling and DAX.
- Provide training and support to users on Power BI usage and self-service capabilities.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure reporting solutions meet operational needs.
- Maintain documentation for all reporting solutions and data sources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including data governance and security standards.
- Support integration of Power BI with other business applications and data sources.

Education and Experience:
- Proven experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and business processes is desirable.

- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Good understanding of data governance and security principles.
Other requirements:
- SC cleared or ability to obtain
- This is a hybrid role based in Milton Keynes, with occasional travel to other UK sites as required.
